Refund and Cancellation Policy for Edu-Manage

At Edu-Manage, we strive to ensure satisfaction with our services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for students, parents, teachers, and staff. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Refund Policy
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to approve or deny any request based on the circumstances.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Subscription fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable once the payment has been processed.
- Any partial usage of the service during the billing cycle disqualifies the user from a refund for that cycle.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment made unintentionally.
- Technical issues caused by the App that prevent access or functionality for extended periods (not caused by user error or device issues).
- In the case of a subscription error, where the user is charged incorrectly or for unintended services.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Dissatisfaction due to personal reasons not related to the App’s functionality.
- Incomplete use of the App by the user.
2. Refund Policy for Students and Parents
- Payments made for accessing student-related features, notifications, or activities are non-refundable unless the App fails to deliver promised services for a prolonged period due to technical issues.
- Any refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
3. Refund Policy for Teachers and Staff
- Subscription fees for advanced features used by teachers and staff are non-refundable for the billing period once the payment is processed.
- Refunds may be requested in the event of:
- Unauthorized charges.
- Features promised but not delivered due to technical issues lasting longer than 7 business days.
- Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
4. Subscription Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App or by contacting us at nodexsystem@gmail.com.
Cancellation for Students and Parents
- Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
- Access to premium features will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Cancellation for Teachers and Staff
- Upon cancellation, access to premium features will remain active until the current subscription period ends.
- No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the billing cycle.
5. Refund and Cancellation Process
To request a refund or cancel your subscription:
- Contact us via email at nodexsystem@gmail.com with your account details and reason for the request.
- Include proof of payment (e.g., receipt or transaction ID).
- Our support team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
6. Exceptions
Edu-Manage reserves the right to deny refund requests that:
- Violate the terms and conditions of the App.
- Are found to be fraudulent or based on incorrect claims.
